Return Policy

Our return policy allows you to return your product in accordance with the conditions outlined below. You may open the outer shipping box to inspect your order; however, fragrances can only be returned if the product’s original cellophane seal and packaging remain fully intact and unopened.
We cannot accept returns of fragrances that have been opened, used, sprayed, or unsealed due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. If your return is received after the 14-day return period, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Our team will provide you with all necessary return instructions via email.

Once we have received and inspected your return and confirmed that the product meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
